Refund Policy
We aim to deliver outstanding service quality. Please read carefully to understand our refund terms.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are only considered where 4K IPTV is unable to deliver the service because of a verified technical fault on our side (for example: no working line and no replacement line available).
- Before a refund can be reviewed, you must contact our support team and allow us to troubleshoot the issue with you (player settings, app change, playlist refresh, device restart, etc.).
- No refunds are issued for problems outside of our control, including: internet or Wi-Fi issues, low speed or unstable connection, device or TV incompatibility, misconfiguration, VPN / proxy interference, ISP blocking, or any changes to channels, content or schedules.
- Trial lines, 24-hour test lines, and special promotional or discounted offers are non-refundable once the service has been activated and login details have been sent.
2. Requesting a Refund
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment. After this period the subscription is considered fully used and non-refundable.
- To request a refund, contact us at support@4kiptv.com with: your full name, email address, order ID and a clear description of the problem (screenshots or error messages are very helpful).
- You agree to cooperate with our support team and follow reasonable troubleshooting steps so we can verify and attempt to fix the issue before a refund decision is made.
3. Review & Processing
- Our technicians will review your request using server logs and connection tests to confirm whether there is a genuine service fault.
- If your request is approved, a partial or full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, but the exact time depends on your bank or payment provider.
- If the service is functioning correctly and the issue is due to external factors (device / internet / ISP / misuse), the refund request will be declined, but we will still assist you with troubleshooting where possible.
4. Chargebacks
We take chargebacks and payment disputes very seriously. Because 4K IPTV delivers instant digital access, chargebacks that are opened after successful activation are usually considered abusive or fraudulent.
- Contact us first: If you experience any problem with the service, you agree to contact our support team and allow us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider.
- Abusive disputes: If a chargeback is opened while your account is active and working and we have not been contacted for support, we may treat the dispute as misuse of the payment system.
- Account actions: In the case of abusive or fraudulent chargebacks, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently close your 4K IPTV account, block future purchases and remove access to all active subscriptions.
- Recovery of losses: We may provide full evidence of delivery and usage to the payment provider and, where applicable, seek recovery of any fees, penalties or unpaid balances resulting from a wrongful chargeback.
Genuine cases of unauthorized card use or bank-confirmed fraud will always be handled fairly once proper documentation is provided by the cardholder and payment provider.
